{"id":6015,"date":"2019-09-19T17:29:30","date_gmt":"2019-09-19T15:29:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/esrenens.ch\/mc\/?p=6015"},"modified":"2019-10-02T10:25:58","modified_gmt":"2019-10-02T08:25:58","slug":"fondant-tres-fondant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esrenens.ch\/news23\/?p=6015","title":{"rendered":"Fondant tr\u00e8s fondant!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Fondant  au chocolat en 15 minutes\u00a0!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 6)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>160 g de chocolat noir<br>\n130 g de beurre (demi-sel c&rsquo;est meilleur, si vous mettez du beurre doux, ajoutez une pinc\u00e9e de sel)<br>\n150 g de sucre en poudre<br>\n3 \u0153ufs<br>\n50 g de farine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire fondre ensemble le chocolat et le beurre<br> Ajouter le sucre et m\u00e9langer<br> Ajouter les 3 \u0153ufs et bien m\u00e9langer \u00e0 chaque fois que tu ajoutes un \u0153uf<br> La p\u00e2te doit vraiment \u00eatre homog\u00e8ne<br> Quand c\u2019est fini, ajouter le 50g de farine et continuer de m\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit\u2026 homog\u00e8ne\u00a0!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 210\u00b0 et verser le m\u00e9lange dans des moules \u00e0 muffins ou tout autre petit contenant qui va au four. Il est possible de beurrer les moules pour faciliter le d\u00e9moulage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite il ne reste plus qu\u2019\u00e0 cuire\u2026     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11 min \u00e0 210\u00b0 pour un fondant tr\u00e8s fondant<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13 min \u00e0 210\u00b0 pour un fondant moins fondant<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fondant au chocolat en 15 minutes\u00a0!
