{"id":6291,"date":"2019-12-19T20:48:44","date_gmt":"2019-12-19T18:48:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esrenens.ch\/mc\/?p=6291"},"modified":"2020-01-20T18:30:31","modified_gmt":"2020-01-20T16:30:31","slug":"les-spaghetti-des-10ans","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esrenens.ch\/news23\/?p=6291","title":{"rendered":"Les spaghetti des 10ans"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Au mois de novembre, l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement organise une soir\u00e9e pour les anciens \u00e9l\u00e8ves qui ont re\u00e7u leur certificat il y a 10 ans&#8230; La 10G5 s&rsquo;est occup\u00e9e du repas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sauce courgettes :&nbsp; (4 personnes) &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>OIGNONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>peler les oignons (1-2)<\/li><li>sur une planche, les couper en petits morceaux<\/li><li>les mettre dans un bol ou assiette creuse<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AIL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>peler les gousses d\u2019ail (0,5-1)<\/li><li>sur une planche, couper les gousse d\u2019ail en deux et enlever le germe (cf. d\u00e9mo)<\/li><li>puis couper encore en deux et en deux<\/li><li>mettre dans un bol ou assiette creuse<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FROMAGE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Enlever la croute<\/li><li>Couper en gros morceaux<\/li><li>R\u00e2per au-dessus d\u2019un saladier<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>COURGETTES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>laver rapidement les courgettes (600g)<\/li><li>sur une planche, couper les courgettes en rondelles de environ 1 cm<\/li><li>couper chaque rondelle en 4<\/li><li>les mettre dans un saladier<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TOMATES CERISES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>laver rapidement les tomates (100g)<\/li><li>sur une planche, les couper en 4<\/li><li>les mettre dans une casserole avec un peu d\u2019huile et les chauffer juste 5 minutes en remuant<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BOUILLON<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Chauffer 3 dl d\u2019eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition<\/li><li>Ajouter 2-3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bouillon et remuer<\/li><li>Enlever de la plaque<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Verser trois cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile dans une casserole<\/li><li>Chauffer en surveillant<\/li><li>Mettre les oignons et l\u2019ail<\/li><li>Faire revenir (chauffer en remuant avec une pelette) environ deux-trois minutes<\/li><li>Ajouter les courgettes, remuer, m\u00e9langer<\/li><li>Ajouter 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de farine et m\u00e9langer<\/li><li>Ajouter le bouillon et continuer \u00e0 m\u00e9langer<\/li><li>Cuire \u00e0 feu doux pendant environ dix-quinze minutes<\/li><li><strong>Attention :&nbsp;<\/strong> <strong>Go\u00fbter et saler, poivrer si n\u00e9cessaire, remuer&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><li>Enlever la casserole de la plaque et mettre un couvercle<\/li><li>Eventuellement, ajouter un peu de cr\u00e8me<\/li><li>Mixer si envie<\/li><li>A manger sur des p\u00e2tes, avec les tomates cerises et le fromage ou en soupe<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/esrenens.ch\/mc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/05ab2c22-7c07-48e1-bac5-6b27598aad51-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6304\" srcset=\"https:\/\/esrenens.ch\/news23\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/05ab2c22-7c07-48e1-bac5-6b27598aad51-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/esrenens.ch\/news23\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/05ab2c22-7c07-48e1-bac5-6b27598aad51-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/esrenens.ch\/news23\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/05ab2c22-7c07-48e1-bac5-6b27598aad51-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/esrenens.ch\/news23\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/05ab2c22-7c07-48e1-bac5-6b27598aad51.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Au mois de novembre, l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement organise une soir\u00e9e pour les anciens \u00e9l\u00e8ves qui ont re\u00e7u leur certificat il y a 10 ans&#8230; La 10G5 s&rsquo;est occup\u00e9e du repas!
