{"id":950,"date":"2015-01-15T12:00:32","date_gmt":"2015-01-15T10:00:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/esrenens.ch\/mc\/?p=950"},"modified":"2015-01-20T21:57:21","modified_gmt":"2015-01-20T19:57:21","slug":"bisous-et-petit-choux","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esrenens.ch\/news23\/?p=950","title":{"rendered":"Bisous et petit choux"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Bisous noirs<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>1 bo\u00eete de lait condens\u00e9 sucr\u00e9 (397 g\u00a0!),<\/p>\n<p>4 c.s. de cacao en poudre,<\/p>\n<p>2 c.s. de beurre.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la d\u00e9coration\u00a0: un peu de beurre, 50 g de vermicelles ou de granul\u00e9s au chocolat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je m\u00e9lange les ingr\u00e9dients dans une casserole, je porte \u00e0 \u00e9bullition \u00e0 feu doux en remuant sans cesse, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la pr\u00e9paration se d\u00e9tache du fond de la casserole (au moins 20 min). Je laisse refroidir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Je forme ensuite des bisous et les roule dans le chocolat.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0: 4-5 min<\/p>\n<p>Cuisson\u00a0: 30 \u2013 40 min<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/esrenens.ch\/mc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/bisou.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-952\" src=\"http:\/\/esrenens.ch\/mc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/bisou.png\" alt=\"bisou\" width=\"254\" height=\"184\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Bisous blancs\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je mets le lait condens\u00e9,150 g de noix de coco,2 c. s. de beurre dans une casserole et je m\u00e9lange le tout. Je chauffe \u00e0 feu moyen sans cesser de remuer, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Je continue la cuisson, toujours en remuant lentement la pr\u00e9paration (10 min au moins) jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle se d\u00e9tache du fond de la casserole.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Je la verse alors dans un plat et la laisse refroidir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Je forme ensuite des boules (bisous) de la grosseur d\u2019une noix, en graissant la paume de mes mains avec un tout petit peu de beurre. Je les roule dans les 50 g de noix de coco vers\u00e9s dans une assiette et je les d\u00e9pose dans des godets en papier pliss\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour conserver ces friandises (pdt plus de 2 semaines) sans qu\u2019elles se dess\u00e8chent, je les recouvre d\u2019un film plastique et les mets au frais.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Petits choux au saumon<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/esrenens.ch\/mc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/choux-saumon.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-951\" src=\"http:\/\/esrenens.ch\/mc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/choux-saumon.png\" alt=\"choux saumon\" width=\"242\" height=\"178\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #404040;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211; 2 dl d&rsquo;eau<br \/>\n&#8211; 50 g de beurre<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 cc de sel<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #404040;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8212;&gt; faire bouillir<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #404040;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211; 100 g de farine<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #404040;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8212;&gt; rajouter en une fois, touiller jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;un \u00ab\u00a0blob\u00a0\u00bb de p\u00e2te, laisser refroidir un peu.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #404040;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211; 2-3 oeufs<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #404040;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8212;&gt; rajouter un \u00e0 un et touiller jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne et qui fait des petites d\u00e9chirures<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vous mettez tout cela dans une douille et vous faites des jolis petits tas directement sur le papier sulfuris\u00e9 qui est sur votre plaque&#8230;. Vous enfournez \u00e0 180C pendant env. 35 min.
